If this is an upcoming feature, I appreciate if you can share where it appears in the road map. @henleymba, @avsethuraman When a task is completed, the date on which the task was completed will only be displayed in the system against that task and not the actual end date. When we mark the begin date as July 7th, the end date as July 9th, mark the task 100% complete, everything looks great on screen.When we click the check box to close the task, it shows the close date as August 21st.
You can still make the claim for Carer's Allowance, but should think carefully about the implications before you do.

Having the ability to make the "completion date" the same as the "end date" in certain circumstances would provide numerous opportunities for us to be more accurate with our project tracking and, indeed, the information that we provide to our clients.
Is there a method for placing such a suggestion for a future release?
You must specifically request that your Carer's Allowance claim is backdated, and you must have satisfied all the rules for claiming Carer's Allowance during the backdating period.
You can also challenge a decision not to backdate Carer's Allowance if your request is refused.
